Simona is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular expertise in business acquisitions and disposals, share transactions, shareholder arrangements, financing and commercial property transactions.

Her career spans corporate, commercial, construction and property law, including commercial leasing, relationship property structuring and private lending arrangements. A background in banking at ANZ adds valuable insight into complex finance transactions.

Simona is known for delivering practical, business-focused advice and building trusted relationships through her approachable style.

She has served on the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association committee and as a member of the Next Gen North Harbour Club. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her exploring an up-and-coming cafe, on the football sidelines cheering on her boys, or at a live music concert.
