Josh is the Managing Director of Muir + Partners and a highly experienced private-client and commercial lawyer, advising individuals, families, and business owners on a wide range of personal and business matters.

Immediately prior to founding Muir + Partners, Josh was a director at Lockhart Muir (formerly Lockhart Legal), where he practised from 2017 and worked closely with long-standing private clients and businesses.

Having worked across both large firms and boutique practices, Josh understands that clients value clear, practical advice that balances technical excellence with sound judgement and common sense. His focus is on delivering efficient, pragmatic, and cost-effective outcomes, while building a high-calibre team that shares this commitment.
